If you are interested in staying in our beautiful apartment, please contact us by e-mail with the details of your desired period of stay and the number of guests.
Alternatively, you can contact us in advance by phone.
We will then let you know whether the apartment is available in the intended booking period and will also send you the prices / a non-binding offer by mail.
If you would like to rent the apartment accordingly, please write this within your mail as a reply to us.
In addition, let us know the contracting party to be entered in the rental agreement and when you would like to receive the apartment in time.
Even if there are several guests, there is only one "main responsible person" to whom the renting, as well as the invoicing takes place.
We enter this data and information into the short-term rental contract, which you will receive by e-mail via the electronic signing tool "DocuSign", read through at your leisure and after your consent can sign / sign accordingly electronically.
Once this has been completed, you as the tenant and we as the lessor will each receive a copy of the contract by e-mail as a PDF file.

The apartment will be prepared for your arrival, which you can immediately receive and move into.
During your stay, the apartment will be cleaned weekly by us, the beds freshly made and the consumables refilled.
At the end of the contract, we as lessor, together with you as tenant, will remove the apartment again, so that you can start your departure, return or onward journey easily.
The prices & surcharges listed here are valid for booking periods from 4 to 21 nights.
