Pets are allowed only in special cases, after detailed check and with reservation.
The apartment is in a threefamily house on the 1st floor and is located on the outskirts of the city, yet very close to the center and opposite a beautiful park with pond, which is ideal for relaxation, to end the day or for personal fitness.
Approximately after 300m, along the road in the other direction, you are directly in nature with forest, meadow and beautiful hiking trails.
Two houses further is a food discounter (Netto), including bakery.
Other shopping facilities such as, EDEKA, ALDI, Müller, KIK or a post office are about 500m away and can be easily reached in 5 minutes on foot. A kebab stand, as well as a snack bar are also located here.
In the approx. 700m distant center of our beautiful city they also reach in 57 minutes on foot. Here you will find one or the other restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, cafes, kebab stand, snack carts, banks & pharmacies.
The nearest bus stop is diagonally opposite at a distance of about 40m from the house.
The nearest train stations are in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz (Neuhaus a. d. Peg.) or in 91257 Pegnitz and are both about 10 minutes away by car.
For trips from or to Bayreuth / Hof, Pegnitz is the closest.
For trips from or to Nuremberg, Neuhaus a. d. Pegnitz is the closest.
Approximately every hour a train leaves here in the corresponding direction.
The center of Bayreuth can be reached in about 35-40 minutes by car, Nuremberg in 45-60 minutes.
